20 minutes.

2 people.

1/2 .Water melon half (cut into piece)
1.lemon
1/2 teaspoon.pepper (white)
1/2 teaspoon.rock salt
1 teaspoon.brown sugar
1/2 -1/2 teaspoon.anar dhania powder
1/2 teaspoon.vinegar
2 teaspoon.beetroot &anar (cocktail)already prepared and with saved
3 scoop.kulfi ice cream
as required.dry fruits grapes few

Cut all thel watermelon removing seeds and blend it in a mixie well and strain it..

Then mix lemon juice,black salt,anar dry powder,brown sugar mix well.

Next step is prepared beetroot and anar cocktail add in this juice..

Then next step take a glass vessel pour your cocktail watermelon mux and add your dry fruits,real fruits(your wish)and finally add your kulfi ice cream final serve chill.everybody in your house will appreciate your twist watermelon cocktail...
