Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take Chicken Breast from Fridge and lay onshinny side (where skin removed) down - use a knife to slice the filet and the breast to make about 170% the Size
- 2
Cover with cling film and drizzle a little water on top - then hit with plain side of a meat hammer and make at lease 200% from start
- 3
Mix room temp butter, cream cheese and tarragon in a bowl with some course ground sea salt and black pepper,
- 4
Spread mixturn over the chicken breast and then roll is very tightly
- 5
Lay out the bacon strips and roll the chicken to make a tight roll put into oven proof dish
(put in fridge over night for best flavour)
- 6
Take out of Fridge and allow to come to room temp for 40 mins while you heat oven to 240C
- 7
Sprinkle with salt then 1 tbl Olive oil and put into oven - you really need a meat Thermometer for best results until reaches 66c or about 25mins
- 8
Once 66c take out of oven using oven gloves and cover with foil - you want the internal temp to hit 74-75c about 6-8 mins
- 9
Serve and pour over some of the juices - AMAZING

Tornado Chicken Tornado Chicken
I prepared this meal about a week ago during a crazy storm. I live in an area where we never get tornados or hurricanes. We get rain lighting thunder and high winds but never anything devastating. Well I had it in the oven for 7 minutes and the warnings went off saying a tornado was heading our way. 2 minutes later it touched down and we lost power for 4 days. So obviously I was unable to serve the meal. Now that we are slowly getting back to normal I figured i would make it the first cooked meal! Hope every 1 enjoys my Family did.... Beth Rodgers -
