Boil potatoes in salted water until they slide off a knife when pierced

Drain the water from the potatoes and set aside to cook

Mix together mayonnaise, crushed garlic, finely chopped spring onion, chives and capers

Cut the potatoes into 2 and stir through the sauce, serve and enjoy!
