Another in the midnight empty-your-fridge easy clean up snack series. You can swap duck rillettes with any pate, butter or even canned food that you have in the pantry. I use leftover rillettes here as that was my available leftover

Ingredients

  1. 1 pcfrozen chapati
  2. Some duck rillettes or pate
  3. 4cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. Grated parmesan
  5. Dried or chopped fresh parsley
  6. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up 1 pc of frozen chapati on a pan without oil, flip and press occasionally until crispy

  2. 2

    Cut the chapati into 8 sections

  3. 3

    Scoop duck rillettes onto each pieces, microwave for 5 sec to slightly melt the pate

  4. 4

    Cut cherry tomato to halves

  5. 5

    Top with grated parmesan, dried parsley and black pepper
