Ingredients

  1. Any choice of vegetables
  2. 250 gmssoba noodles
  3. For sauce-
  4. 1 tbsp soy sauce,
  5. 1/2 tbsp chili sauce,
  6. chili flakes,
  7. 1/2 tbsp ketchup,
  8. 1 tbsp rice flour

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the vegetables

  2. 2

    Boil Soba noodles for 5 minutes and drizzle some oil

  3. 3

    Prepare sauce- add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, chili sauce, chili flakes, rice flour or corn flour

  4. 4

    In a wok add drop of oil and stir fry vegetables, add ginger- garlic. Cook on high flame for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add noodles and sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Add little water and than add spring onions, lemongrass, or any other seasoning of choice.

  6. 6

    Serve it with a cold drink/juice.
