in the serving cup place the pitted bread(I used leftover whole wheat pita bread)

add the jam (I used low suger)

then add yoghurt(I used fat-free yoghurt)

then the sliced grapes

add another layer of bread, jam, yoghurt and the grapes on top for the garnish

you can eat it now but its bettre to keep it in the refrigerator just until its cold

The extra smoothie mix can be saved for another recipe or made into a frozen treat. I added more water to my mixture then made a licuado by sifting the liquid into a pitcher. The color is AMAZING!!!! CV8588
