Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

Can curd and vinegar be used to make the vegetarian version?

If you'd like your brownie a little fudgy like this, then a ripe/overripe banana works best to replace 1 egg. So 2 bananas in this recipe would do the trick 😍

it's looking sooo delicious. I want to eat that right now.

It would vary a little according to the mould that you'll use. I used a smaller mould to make thicker brownies. If you'd want thin brownies, then a bigger mould and approx 25 mins should suffice
