Coleslaw
A cabbage salad that is crunchy and healthy
Steps

Chop cabbage into thin slices and put in a bowl.

Cut a small piece each of the coloured capsicums and chop them into thin slices.

For preparing cream dressing take in a bowl fresh cream, powdered sugar, salt, black pepper. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar and mix all the contents thoroughly. Dressing is ready.

Place half the cut cabbage, sliced capsicum and grated onion in a separate bowl. Add the dressing and mix well. The coleslaw with cream dressing is ready to serve.

Take remaining part of cabbage in another bowl and add a spoon of vinegar, powdered sugar and salt. Mix well. Coleslaw with simple dressing is ready to serve.
