Ingredients

  • 100 Gramscabbage
  • 1 pieceeach of coloured capsicum (bell pepper)
  • 1 teaspoongrated onion
  • For Cream Dressing
  • 1 tablespoonfresh cream
  • 1 teaspoonfine sugar
  • 1 pincheach of salt and black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar
  • For plain dressing
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 teaspoonSugar

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop cabbage into thin slices and put in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Cut a small piece each of the coloured capsicums and chop them into thin slices.

  3. 3

    For preparing cream dressing take in a bowl fresh cream, powdered sugar, salt, black pepper. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar and mix all the contents thoroughly. Dressing is ready.

  4. 4

    Place half the cut cabbage, sliced capsicum and grated onion in a separate bowl. Add the dressing and mix well. The coleslaw with cream dressing is ready to serve.

  5. 5

    Take remaining part of cabbage in another bowl and add a spoon of vinegar, powdered sugar and salt. Mix well. Coleslaw with simple dressing is ready to serve.
