Prepare your tin. Preheat oven to 180°c.

Sift flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and soda. Set aside

In a separate bowl whisk bananas with sugar. Add eggs and butter and whisk well then milk and vanilla
- 4
Whisk dry ingredients in wet until combined. Spoon into baking dish and bake for 20-25mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool in tin for 10mins before turning out to cool completely
