Soak sabudana for 6-7 hours and remove it in a colander and keep aside for 1 hour till all the water drains out

Mashed the boiled potatoes, and add soaked sabudana, crushed the roasted peanuts in a mixer (don't make a powder) or by using the bottom of a steel bowl or glass. Add salt chilli paste and mix all the ingredients properly.

Now apply some oil on your hands and make small balls or tikki out of it and deep fry them until golden brown. Serve will curd or green chutney.
