Heat oil and saute vadi.and take out in a plate.

In same oil add chopped onion salt and ginger chilli garlic paste saute add chopped potato grated tomato pinch soda add red chilli powder turmeric powder and corrinder cumin powder. Now add 1/4cup water and make 2-3whistle.

Now open the lid add 1/2glass water salt and add vadi cook for 7-10min. On mid. flame. Add garam masalaturn off flame. Add chopped mint leaves and serve.

Tasty subji is ready to serve with jowar roti garnish with mint.
