Ingredients

  1. 1 cuparhar dal
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1 tbsturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tbsgaram masala powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbspdesi ghee
  9. 1 tbsjeera seeds
  10. 2 pinchhing
  11. 3-4curry patta

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak dal 10 minutes

  2. 2

    In a pressure cooker add desi ghee when hot add hing, jeera seeds stir 1 minutes add Curry patta

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion stir 1 minutes add green chilli and chopped tomatoes stir it

    Add spices and salt

    Now add soak dal

    Add 1and 1/2 glass of water

  7. 7

    Cover the lid of pressure cooker

  8. 8

    Whistle 2 open and serve with rice or roti
