Steps

Put butter in a big deep microwave bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.

Add onions and microwave for 2 minutes.

Add corn, mushrooms, carrots, french beans and potatoes and water mixed with a seasoning cube, salt and black pepper powder.

Microwave covered for 8 minutes. Stir once between.

Remove from the microwave and mash lightly.
- 6
Check salt. Serve hot in soup bowls garnished with grated cheese and salad.
