Steps

Cut the spinach finely wash with water 2-3 times so that all the dust is removed.

Now put it on a cloth and remove excessive water from it by pressing from hands.

Add salt,chilli and ginger into the flour and a dough.

Now roll it and stuff with spinash like we usually do with other stuffed parathas.

Cook it as usual.
