1/2 cupbesan
1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
1/3 teaspooneno
1 teaspoonoil
1 cupwater
to tasteSalt
1/2 teaspoonjeera and coriander powder
1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder

First mix in besan coriander masala and salt well then add water to it and mix well. Add eno and mix with light hands, grease a microwave safe dish and pour this batter into it and microwave on high for 2 mins. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
