Steps

First cut the sides of the bread.

Then take a big bowl and crumble the bread well.

Then put suji and curd in a bread and salt.

Then mix it well and add some water and leave it for half an hour.

Then take a grinder and grind the paste with green chillles like a dosa batter.

Blend the batter very smooth.

Then add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Heat the dosa tava or iron tava grease it with some water pour the batter on it spread gently applying oil on all sides for 2 mints then flip it and serve it hot with chutney.
