Steps

Take semolina, besan and rice flour in a deep mixing bowl.

Add salt, baking soda and dry mix it.

Now add curd and gradually add water and mix.

Now cover it and left for 30 mins for set the mixture, after 30 mins if need add more water mix well and prepare a thick but pouring consistency mixture.

Now grease a tawa with oil and wipe it, and pour a spoonful dosa batter over it on very low flame.

Spread the dough evenly from all sides, pour few few drops oil over it and spread wait for 1 minute, when done leave out.

Make other dosa like this, when done leave out.

Now serve with already prepared, sambhar,coconut chutney and masala aloo
