Pyaz ko kat len half ko golden brown kar len half ko light brown.golden brown piyaz ko alag kar len.

Jis pateelay me piyaz light brown kiya hai usme dal chawal ko bhunain.phir apne hisab se neem garm pani dalen aur sath me green chilli aur chicken powder b add kar k dhakan laga k pakayen.last me salt add karen.
