  1. 2medium potatoes
  2. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  3. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  4. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  6. 1/4 tspdry mango powder
  7. to tasteSalt adjust
  8. as requiredOil to Cook the paratha

  10. 1 cupatta
  11. 1 tspvegetable oil
  12. 1/4 tspSalt
  13. as requiredWater to adjust dough

    Take large bowl add atta,oil,salt and mix well.Add water little by little and mix.

    Knead to from a smooth and soft dough.cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.divide the dough four equal size.

    To make the filling.mash the boiled potatoes and transfer plate.add cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder,amchur powder and mix till everything combined. stuffing is ready.

    Take one of the dough ball and create vecant place to put the stuffing.Bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges.

    Now using your rolling pin,roll the dough to a circle of 7 inch diameter.the Paratha will turn round automatically.

    Transfer the rolled paratha on to hot tawa.cook both side and apply oil on the half Cooked side and flip again.

    Aloo Paratha is ready serve with pickle,curd and Cup of chai
