Method
In a bowl mix together all half kg qema gram flour, sabit coriander pomegranate seeds crushed red pepper turmeric powder, chapli kbab Masala powder and salt to taste. - 2
Chop 2 tomato, 1 onion, 5 green chilies and fres coriander
Add chopped vegetables to the Qema mixture.
Then add 1 egg
Mix very well..
Make large patties of kbab shape with the Qema mixture. Then fry in a large until golden brown
