3large Salt Fish
100 gTamarind Seeds
2 TbspTomato paste
1 cupCoconut cream
Salt
1 TbspTumeric powder
1 TbspGinger & Garlic paste
1 TbspGreen chilly paste
Some chopped corriander
1 tspRed Chilly powder

Add tumeric powder, chilly and garlic ginger paste, stir and add the chilly powder plus corriander leaves, then Coconut cream

Now charcoal grill the fish on both sides then smear with the cooked coconut sauce
