Ingredients

  • 1medium potatoe sliced
  • Halfcup baison
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1/2 cupchopped spinach
  • 1small onion sliced
  • 1/4 tspgreen colour
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Baison ko chaan lien uss mien green colour, salt, baking soda shamil krein phir palak daal dein.

    Ab iss mien red chilli powder or zeera shamil krein or piyaz daal kr mix kr lien.

    Coat potatoe slices with batter and fry on medium flame. Serve with ketchup and mint chutni.
