As pumpkin flowers are cheaper and easily found in vegetable market during monsoon, so sharing with you my favorite snack item - Pumpkin flower fritters.. it's an Odia delicacy and very easy to make.. #hungry
Steps

Cut the stems of the flower & take the stamen out. Wash and clean them.(try to keep the flower whole)

Make a thick & smooth batter by using gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt & water.

Dip one flower into the batter and coat evenly.
- 4
Put oil in a pan, when the oil is heated put the coated flowers in the pan.

After one side turn golden brown, flip and cook the other side.

After it's done serve it with chai as pakoda or as a side dish with rice and dal.
