Ingredients

  1. 1green pepper
  2. 1 cupCream
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 bunchspring onion
  5. 1potato
  6. 1/2carrot
  7. 1 tbsppork powder
  8. 1 tbsppepper
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. To taste Red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 1rice paper sheet

Steps

  1. 1

    Thinly slice the onion, pepper and 5cm long stirps of spring onions.

  2. 2

    Great the potato and carrot.

  3. 3

    Heat veg oil in a shallow pan.Mix all ingredients together and place on rice paper. Roll once, fold ends inward continue rolling. Fry until golden brown.
