Candied Sweet Potatoes (Air Fryer)

Steam the sweet potatoes and cut them into chunks. Mix with oil and place in the air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.

Spread sugar evenly in a pan, add water, and cook until it boils and changes color. Add the sweet potatoes, coating them evenly with the sugar glaze. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

You can also directly cook raw sweet potatoes in the air fryer.
