It just looks like a bacon toast, but there is actually a fried egg inside!

Make a hole in the center of the slice of bread.

Heat a pan over low heat and grill slices of bacons. Place the slice of bread on it.

Crack the egg straight into the center of the hole.

Cover the frying pan and let the eggs cook. Sprinkle the egg with salt and pepper. Cover with the small bread and apply some butter.

Flip it over with a spatula, cook the other side and finish!
