This particular recipe is one of my family's favourite during ramzan... which is a must prepare everyday for aftari... it's quite traditional

Soak kala chana for at least 6 hours. Wash and keep aside

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Fry onions till light golden then add the kala chana to it. Stir well for 2 mins. Then add ginger garlic, salt, pepper, green chillies and tomato. Stir well. Add water till the level of chana. Pressure cook till 5 whistles.

Let the pressure release from the pressure cooker. Put on flame once again. Cook till the water is dry. Garnish with some chopped coriander, chopped onion and lime juice.
