Ingredients

1 bowlchane soaked over night
To tastesalt
1 tsptea levels or 1 tea bag
1 tspchana masala
2tomato chopped
1 tspjeera
To tastesalt and red chilli powder

Steps

Boil chana with tea bag and as needed water.

Heat oil in a pan, saute tomato and jeera,add all spices and boiled chana mix well.

Ready chane serve with a puri or bhature.
