  • 1 bowljamuns
  • 1/2a lemon
  • 1 small sprig mint leaves
  • as per tasteSugar
  • as per tasteBlack salt
  • as requiredroasted mix of cumin and chilli powder
  • someice cubes

Steps

    Wash the fresh jamuns and start to deseed them. Keep them in the refrigerator while you start preparing your shots glass.

    Take a plate containing a mixture of 3 powders – roasted cumin, chilli and black salt. Now coat the rim of the shots glass with some lemon juice and place it on the plate to uniformly adhere to the mixture. Tap the glass to drop off the excess.

    Now assemble all the other ingredients and start tossing them into the mixer grinder starting with your stored jamuns which you’ve safely refrigerated till this point. The sugar and salt can be altered according to your taste preferences. Use half a lemon and a small mint sprig.

    Blend everything together. Add in more ice cubes if you want a thinner version.

    Great, now all you’ve got to do is store this in a glass bottle (because you can preserve it for longer duration), and serve it chilled in your prepped up shots glass!
