Mix 1 cup of gram flour/besan with water and prepare not so runny not so thick batter if it.

Meanwhile, heat ghee in a wok.

Now prepare crispy boondi with gram flour mixture.

Now put these boondi in a bowl, add rest gram flour and green cardamom powder in it and prepare a dough out of it.

Now cut pieces from the dough and shape it as per your choice.

Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry them.

Meanwhile, prepare a thick sugar syrup.

Add lemon juice in it.

Put these boondi sweets in it and allow it cook in the syrup until it starts absorbing syrup.

Now take them out and serve.
