  • 6 slicesbread
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 2eggs
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 packetmaggi noodle masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspghee

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Except ghee & bread mix all the ingredients.

    Heat ghee in a pan, in low flame, then dip the bread slices in the egg mixture & fry them in ghee.
