Take pressure cooker, add Mutton chaap, salt,haldi, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste,red chilli flakes, garam masala powder and mix well.

Add two glass water and cook for 15 mins on medium flame.

After 15 mins open pressure cooker and cook till water dries.

Add cornflour powder in eggs and mix well. Dip chaap in eggs and then in bread crumbs.

Refrigerate for 30 mins.Heat oil and fry chaap till golden brown and crispy.

MUTTON chaap fry is ready you can serve it with ketchup, mayonnaise, mint chutney or any dip of your choice.
