  • 2 cupsblended oats,
  • 1 1/4 cupswater + 1 tbsp bicarb soda
  • 2ripe bananas,
  • 1 1/2 tspbaking powder,
  • 2egg
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tspCinnamon
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract (optional)
  • oil for greasing

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients together to a thick batter

    Grease your pan andnd pour your batter bit by bit. allow to cook until puff holes appear before flipping. do this for the rest of the batter.
