Ingredients

  • 1 bowlHung curd
  • 1/3 of hung curdCottage cheese
  • as requiredFinely chopped red,yellow and red peppers
  • someFinely chopped green coriander
  • as per tasteSalt (acc. To taste)
  • as per tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • fewbread slices

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the overnight hung curd and mix it with cottage cheese

  2. 2

    Add red,yellow and green bell peppers,salt, coriander, red chilli powder and garam masala.Check the seasoning.

  3. 3

    Use a bread slice from a loaf.Cut it's sides. Roll it with the rolling pin.

  4. 4

    Add the curd filling in it.make the rectangle shaped kebabs.To stick sides,use a mixture of refined flour and water.

  5. 5

    Now deep fry them.Serve it with green mint chutney, lachha pyaaz and a lemon wedge.
