Ingredients

  • Potatoes (fried fries)
  • 1 tbspChopped garlic
  • 1 tbspChopped ginger
  • 1 tspChopped green chillies
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • For balochi masala:
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspBlack salt
  • 1 tspKhatai powder
  • 1 tspDry meethi
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes
  • 1 tspRoasted coriander
  • 1 tspRoasted cumin
  • Mix all together

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add 1 tbsp oil add garlic ginger chillies and saute.

  2. 2

    Add fries and prepare balochi masala saute well for few mins and lemon juice on top and serve hot
