Ingredients

10-12 servings
  1. for the Pico de Gallo
  2. 1lg sweet onion, chopped
  3. 8lg Roma tomatoes, chopped
  4. 2large jalapeños, seeded and diced
  5. 1 bunchcilantro, washed and chopped
  6. 4 ljuice of 4 limes
  7. 1 1/2 lbsbay shrimp
  8. 2 tbstaco seasoning
  9. 1/2 cupchile sauce
  10. 1/2 cuppace picante sauce
  11. 1 1/2 tbsminced garlic
  12. 10 Ozpkg cotija cheese, grated
  13. for the toppings
  14. 1 pkgtostadas shells
  15. shredded cabbage
  16. cheddar cheese
  17. sour cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients for the Pico de Gallo.

    Chill.

  3. 3

    Top a tostada shell with cabbage. Then Pico de Gallo. Add cheddar and sour cream. Serve immediately.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
