1/2 tbspGarlic Powder
1 canred kidney beans
1 canrotel mild 10oz
1 cantomato sauce 8oz
1 cancrushed tomatoes
1 tbspchili powder (add more to taste)
4 tbspcumin (add more to taste)
1 tbspchipotle powder (optional)
1/2 tbspsalt (add to taste)

Brown ground beef (add salt to beef)

Add beef, tomatoes/sauce, onions, beans, rotel, spices. simmer in 2qt sauce pan

Add spices and salt to taste

Cook at least 25 minutes
