I am from Natchitoches, Louisiana. So yes I do cook southern Louisiana food very well. My family is from Mamou, Louisiana so I think I’ve got the southern touch running through my blood. I do all the cooking in my house and I try my best to post the recipes that I believe are worth your while. I cook with more of a semi-homemade and easy and possible feel to it. I really really pray y’all enjoy and have fun cooking! I hope at least one recipe can make someone’s day.
