First make potli with potli ingerdiant in a clean cloth keep a side

U have two option first if anybody want to make yakhni then in meat add ginger garlic paste salt and add potli add 6 ti 8 glass water kep on a stove and cook 3 to 4 hours

When get soft fry onion in another pot add paste of ginger garlic addvlal mirch salt dhanya in a oil fry it throughly then add meat stock sure remove potli from it cook it 15 min in this then add floyr mix with water to thickened ur gravy

For bhagar in oil fry onion ginger add on a nihari enjoy it with garnish of coriander mirch and lemon

Another way fry onion add ginger garlic paste grind potli ingrediant fine powder add masala and grinded masala add little water bhonify it then add meat add 8 ass water cook 4 hours meat get soft then add(flour mix with water) to thickened to ur desire

I add brain also to make both for brain boil brain vlean it then add in ur nihari 5 min before bhagar
