A dash of black pepper and Cayenne pepper was all I needed hot n spicy the way I love.
Steps

Peel your potatoes and slice into strips.Wash them until all starch disapears. Pat dry your potatoes with a kitchen towel.

Heat oil in medium heat

Mix in the salt,pepper,tumeric with the potatoes n coat well.

Fry the potatoes in batches n drain on a paper towel. Once all potatoes are done return to the oil n fry a second time to make them crispy.

Enjoy with homemade coleslaw salad
