Steps

Combine ground coffee and water in a jar or beverage canister. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours (but no more than 24 hours)

Strain the coffee concentrate through cheesecloth or a coffee filter.

Add three more cups of water to dilute the concentrate.

Add cinnamon, ginger, half and half, and syrup. Enjoy!
