600 gchicken portions
1 tspginger&garlic paste
1/4 cupmedium nandos sauce
1/4 cupmild nandos sauce
1/4 cupfresh cream
1 tbsoil

Steps

Mix oil,ginger&garlic paste,bbq spice,lemon pepper onto chicken marinade overnight or few hours

Grill in oven for 20 minutes

In a pot add the sauces and fresh cream just heat not boil

Transfer chicken to a griddle pan or normal pan and grill and baste chicken with sauce

Before serving pour over the sauce enjoy with fries,savoury rice
