It's a healthy salad with steam process without any single drop oil used.It has lots of nutrients.It's taste yummilicious.
Steps

Take a patila add water in it and let it boil then take big soup strainer keep all the vegetables in it and steam it for 10 minutes.

Then take chicken breast sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it. And steam it for 10 minutes.

Now shred the chicken into small pieces. As shown in the pic

Now take all the things and sprinkle little salt and black pepper and 1 tsp vinegar in it and mix it gently.

Now for plating firstly I laid the lettuce leaves on the plate then put all the salad near the leaves. For trees, I used grated cucumber and broccoli stem (danthal) and for rose flower, I used tomato skin and for sun I used bell pepper. And our Healthy chicken veg salad is ready to serve.
