Bread Paneer Dhokla

Take besan, bread crumbs, ginger paste and curd in a bowl.

Then add 1 spoon sugar, 2 spoons oil, salt to taste.

Add One and Half cup of water and make a smooth batter.

Keep the batter aside for half-hour.

Grease thali with little oil.

Place any pan to heat on a flame then put a stand in it. Add 2 cups of water in a pan.

Add 3/4 tsp Eno fruit salt in batter.

Once it is fluffy pour half batter on thali then spread crumbled paneer over it.

Again spread batter over the paneer layer evenly.

Cover the pan with lid.

Steam the dhokla for 10 minutes.

Take another pan heat one spoon Oil then add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green Chillies.

Then add One Cup water, sugar and vinegar.

Cook until sugar dissolves.

Spread this on Dhokla.

Slice the Dhokla into pieces.

Now the Dhokla is ready to serve.
