Fish stew
This lovely fish stew is very delicious in eating yam. So yummy
Steps

Wash and clean your fish

Bar boil fish with seasoning, salt, onions

Deborn fish and mash as desire, set aside
- 4
Place your pot/frying pan on fire, add groundnut oil and a little onions to g-oil is hot enough
- 5
Pour your blended paste and fry, add fish stock and taste, if need be to add more seasoning and salt. Add little spices as deire

Add your mashed fish and stir. Allow to fry altogether.

Enjoy with cooked yam
