Hasselback potatoes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

In a separate bowl melt 50g of butter and stir in pinch of salt and pepper

Wash and dry the potatoes then make slices across them short way.

Brush the potatoes with the butter mix and bake for 30minutes
- 5
Remove from the oven and drizzle parmesan cheese, archer and basil pesto. Brush with remaining butter and return to the oven. Bake for a further 20 mins or until potatoes are Brown.
