Pour some water to your pot, put on the pot to the fire.... After a while, that is the water is well boiled wash your rice(shinkafar tuwo) properly for and then straight to your pot.... Allow the rice to get cooked till soft then you could stir the rice with muciya...

Miyar spinach.... Pour your grinded tomatoes, attaruhu,onion and oil into a pot altogether with gyadar miya and little of salt.. Set on fire, for some minutes before adding up water to it.... Add up your dried ginger, nutmeg, maggi and your boiled meat...... Allow it to settle then finally add up the chopped spinach....leave it for a few minutes... You can serve both your tuwo and miya... Enjoy
