Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken karahi cut
  • 1 table spoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 table spoonbutter
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 cuptill
  • 2eggs
  • 1 table spoonsalt
  • 1 table spoonred chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chicken, add red chilli, salt, butter and ginger garlic paste and cook dry it

  2. 2

    Add in egg and sprinkle till in it and fry until golden

  3. 3

    Serve with ketchup and chilli sause
