Ingredients

1:30 hour
6 servings
  • 1 kgbeef bong
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 table spoonsalt
  • 1 table spoonred chilli
  • 1 table spoongaram masala
  • 1 table spoonturmeric
  • 4green chillies slices(, medium size)
  • 1 table spoonzeera
  • 1 Piecedar chenni (for potli)
  • 1 table spoonsounf (for potli)
  • 1 table spoonsondh(for potli)
  • 1 cupfried onion
  • 1 pieceginger Jullian cut
  • 2lemons
  • 1 cupcoriander leaves

Steps

1:30 hour
  1. 1

    Take Cloth piece and Make potli for all three ingredients

  2. 2

    Add beef in pan and add potli

  3. 3

    Add 2 glasses of water and Cook for half hour

  4. 4

    Remove potli from beef

  5. 5

    Add salt, red chilli, turmeric, zeera, and cook until beef done

  6. 6

    Dissolve wheat flour in water and add in nihari

  7. 7

    Cook 10 minutes in slow flame

  8. 8

    Add greeen chillies, ginger, coriander and lemon for garnish

  9. 9

    Serve with naan or boil rice
