In a bowl add Besan, Maida and baking soda.Mix it completely,then add salt, chopped onion, coriander leaves,green chillies.(you can add any other veggies of your choice)

Add water to it and make a flowy batter.(Like egg's when we make normal omelette)

In a non stick pan add the batter with little bit of oil and remember the flame should be on low - medium side.Cook it until completely.Serve it with ketchup and enjoy this breakfast.
